Corrections Policy
Accuracy matters more than pretending a published article never changes.
If we identify a material factual error, we correct it. When a correction meaningfully changes the reader’s understanding of the article, we aim to make the change clear rather than silently rewriting the record.
What counts as a correction
A correction addresses a factual error: for example, an incorrect date, product capability, quotation, number, attribution or description of what a source says.
Updates are different
Technology products change frequently. Adding a new release, changed pricing, later documentation or subsequent context may be treated as an update rather than a correction when the original article was accurate when published.
Minor edits
Spelling, grammar, formatting and other edits that do not change the meaning of an article may be fixed without a correction note.
How to report an error
Email contact@in5now.com with the article URL, the statement you believe is wrong and, when possible, a source that supports the correction.
Review
We review correction requests against the available evidence. A request is not accepted automatically, but credible challenges are taken seriously.
